Justin Linderman

Justin has over 20 years of combined business, sales, and mentoring experience. He helps people think big and instills in others a drive to take action and succeed. He is currently part-owner in three successful business enterprises in the Lancaster County area; including a successful real estate firm, a sales-based business with Pepperidge Farm, and several large, commercial complexes that are comprised of small local businesses, storage facilities, as well as an innovative co-work space for individuals located in the Lancaster and Harrisburg areas. Justin received a dual bachelor's degree in business management and marketing at Shippensburg University, and while he focuses on his many business ventures, he has never lost sight of being an active and engaged community leader by volunteering for several local non-profits in the Lancaster County area to help his community grow and strive for continued advancement. Justin’s experience owning and running several companies, including holding positions as a marketing manager, realtor, and sales manager make him a true ‘man of many hats’ This combination of experience as a business owner and a realtor in PA make Justin an invaluable sounding board for business owners and one of the creators of Stone Mill Advisors. “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself.
